Team tool
Comment Response Workflow.
A FoundAIsion team tool that helps us answer comments on our own YouTube channel, Raw Authority.
What it does
It reads new comments on Raw Authority's videos and drafts a reply to each one. A person on our team reads every draft, edits it if needed, and approves it. Only approved replies are posted, as Raw Authority.
Who uses it
Only our own team, for channels FoundAIsion runs. It is not open to the public, and no one outside the company signs in to it.
Google sign-in
The channel's owner signs in once with Google and allows the YouTube access the tool needs: reading comments on the channel's videos and posting replies. The tool uses that access for nothing else.
